TIMBERLINE SUITE IN THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
The Timberline Suite is a two-bedroom suite located on the second and third floors of the Carriage House. The main bedroom has a Stearns & Foster King bed, Direct TV with DVD player and views to the East for glorious sunrises.
Second bedroom has Sealy twin beds and a CD player.
Private bathroom with tub/shower.
Table and chairs and mini refrigerator at landing level.
At the top, the tower room is the highest on the property with loveseat for relaxing, napping, reading, watching DVDs, scrabble tournaments or enjoying the spectacular 360 views.
Low Season: $150.00 per night, double occupancy.
High Season: $175.00 per night, double occupancy.
Ski Season Midweek Special: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. 3 nights for $350.00, double occupancy.
Extra person, $35.00 each. Maximum occupancy: 4
High Season: Thanksgiving Week to March 31st, Memorial Day through Columbus Day.

SOUTHWEST SUITE
The Southwest Suite is the only accommodation on the second floor of the main house. The main bedroom has a Stearns & Foster Queen bed, Direct TV, DVD player and Southwest views for the best in sunsets.
The sitting room has a cherry Sealy daybed and CD player.
Private bathroom with tub/shower.
Low season: $125.00 per night, double occupancy.
High Season: $150.00 per night, double occupancy.
Ski Season Midweek Special: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. 3 nights for $300.00, double occupancy.
Extra Person, $35.00. Maximum Occupancy: 3

LAKE LORAIN CABIN
This cabin is located 16 miles Northeast of Sky Lodge on Route 370 in Poyntelle, Pa. It is situated on 75 feet of lakefront and, as lake properties go, it is more private than most. It is a perfect getaway for relaxation. The Lake Lorain community maintains a quiet atmosphere, respectful of the environment and each other. It is not a “party” community.
A one-minute walk takes you to Lake Lorain Golf Club and The Water’s Edge Restaurant.
Lake Lorain is a pristine, non-motorized 60-acre lake. Licensed fishing is allowed, as is swimming and sailing. There is a pedal boat and a golf cart on premises.
The cabin has a bedroom with a Sealy queen bed. The second sleeping area has a full bed. The living room has a gas fireplace and Cable TV. There is a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and bathroom with shower. Lots of windows maximize the view. The exterior was remodeled in 2006 and the interior in 2007.

Linens, blankets, towels and paper goods are provided.
Lake Lorain is centrally located to swimming, fishing, hiking, golf and other activities.
Barring unseasonal weather the cabin rental season is April through November. There is a two-night weekend minimum. Single weekend night may be available by chance.
Rates: Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day Weekend:
2 night weekend--double occupancy $295.00. Security deposit $100.00.
Full week--double occupancy $650.00. Security deposit $350.00.
Last Minute Midweek Special: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $325.00. Security deposit $100.00.
This can only be reserved two weeks prior OR if the weekend on either end is booked.
Rates other than above high season: Deduct 15% from base rental.
Rates do not include 6% State Tax. Security deposits will be refunded after inspection.
This cabin is completely Non-Smoking. Violations will result in termination of your occupancy with no refund PLUS a $500.00 charge to de-smoke the premises. No kidding.
