• Lodge Rates are single or double occupancy and include breakfast.  Extra person: $35.

• Lodge Minimums: Two nights most weekends and three on holiday weekends  (MLK, President’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day).   Single night availability by chance, so please call. 

• Deposits: 50% of entire stay or minimum of one night, whichever is greater.  VISA or Master Card will guarantee your suite.  Balance due at check-in.

• Lodge Rates subject to 6% Pa State Tax and 3% Local Tax. 

• Cancellations:  We realize they are sometimes unavoidable.  Because we are a small inn, cancellations are costly.  Our rooms are sold by reservation only; because of our mountain location we don't get walk-ins.

• We will cheerfully refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee, if you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival day.  Fewer than 14 days will forfeit your deposit; if we can re-book the suite your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee.

• No voice mail or email cancellations will be honored.

• Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows will be charged full rate.

• Sorry, we are not responsible for inclement weather.

• Check In: 4PM - 7PM.  Please call if you will be arriving after 7.

• Check Out: 11AM

• We are sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

• The lodge is not suitable for children under 16.

• We provide a complete (indoors and out) smoke-free environment for the health and comfort of our guests and employees. Any violation of this policy will result in a non-negotiable $450.00 cleaning fee to de-smoke the premises.

• Any damages or security violations will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Guests' use of hot tub and far infrared sauna will be at their own risk.

• No candles or open flames in guest rooms, please.

• PLEASE NOTE: 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ARE ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED TO REACH THE LODGE IN WINTER.

• PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE FOSTERED OR RESCUE DOG(S) ON LODGE PROPERTY, NEVER IN GUEST QUARTERS.
