Annex at Lake Lorain - Cabin Rental for 2.

The lake cabin is in Poyntelle, 16 miles from the lodge.

This cabin, suitable for 2 adults, is located 16 miles Northeast of Sky Lodge on Route 370 in Poyntelle, PA. It is situated on 75 feet of lakefront and, as lake properties go, it is more private than most. It is a perfect getaway for relaxation. The Lake Lorain community maintains a quiet atmosphere, respectful of the environment and each other. It is not a “party” community.

A one-minute walk takes you to Lake Lorain Golf Club and The Water’s Edge Restaurant.

Lake Lorain is a pristine, non-motorized 55-acre lake. Only licensed fishing is allowed (catch & release), as is swimming, kayaking, and sailing. There is a gas grill, pedal boat and a golf cart on premises.

The cabin has a main bedroom with a Sealy queen bed, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a full bed. The living room has a gas fireplace, and DataVision TV and wireless internet access. There is a full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and bathroom with shower. Lots of windows maximize the view. The exterior was remodeled in 2006 and the interior in 2007.

Linens, blankets, towels and paper goods are provided.

Lake Lorain is centrally located to swimming, fishing, hiking, golf, antiquing and other activities.

Barring unseasonal weather the cabin rental season is May through October.

Full week rentals take priority in July and August.

RATES:

Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day Weekend:

2 night weekend - double occupancy $300.00. Security deposit $200.00.
3 night holiday weekends - double occupancy #390.00. Security deposit $200.00.
Full week (7 nights, Sat to Sat) - double occupancy $650.00. Security deposit $350.00.
Midweek special: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $325.00. Security deposit $200.00.

Rates do not include 6% State Tax. Security deposits will be refunded after inspection.

Regular cleaning included in the rate: excessive mess will bring additional cleaning fees.

We provide all our guests with a clean, tick-free, flea-free, smoke-free environment.
This cabin is completely Pet free and Non-Smoking.

All policy violations will result in termination of your occupancy with no refund. Smoking will bring a $500.00 charge to de-smoke the premises. No kidding.
